Bigdena – Beefsteak Tomato

Description

Bigdena is a beefsteak tomato that has a very good flavor with nice internal color and quality. The Bigdena weighs in at 8-12 oz., and are mostly smooth with slight shoulder ribs. Great for salads and especially good for sandwiches and burgers.

Order by the pound or by the box. Each tomato is approximately 8-10oz.

Approximate quantities are:

1lb – 1-2 tomatoes

5lbs – 8-9 tomatoes

10lbs – 16-20 tomatoes
