Description
Broccoli is a hardy and substantial microgreen that has a fresh, mild cabbage flavor. They provide an excellent choice as a base for any micro greens salad.
These microgreens have concentrated levels of vitamins A, B complex, C, E, and K, including the minerals calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, and potassium. Broccoli microgreens not only provide these vitamins and minerals as previously mentioned, but contain high levels of compounds that covert to sulforaphane once consumed. Sulforaphane, a photochemical, may have powerful cancer-fighting and prohibitive properties.
